Shipping policy

Processing time: Our processing time ranges from 1-3 business days. Processing time for digital products (i.e. Canva templates) is instant and the digital download will be emailed to you upon purchase.

Shipping cost: A flat shipping fee covers the cost of shipping via USPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail / UPS if over 1 lb total. We usually offer a "free shipping threshold" if your cart is over a certain amount.

Shipping time: Our shipping carrier is USPS and the service we use is USPS Ground Advantage service (which takes 3-5 business days added to our processing time). If your entire order weighs over 1 pound, it will automatically be upgraded to Priority Mail (free of charge). Otherwise, we offer Priority Mail as an upgrade if you'd like to use that faster mail service.
