Processing time: Our processing time to design and make your custom order ranges from 1-3 business days. Processing time for digital products (i.e. Canva templates) is instant and the digital download will be emailed to you upon purchase.

Free shipping to US customers: Free shipping is provided for all physical products, and it covers the cost to ship your order via USPS Ground Advantage service (which takes 3-5 business days added to our processing time). 

Shipping time: Our shipping carrier is USPS and our free shipping is USPS Ground Advantage service (which takes 3-5 business days added to our processing time).
