Types of stamps we offer

We make two types of custom stamps -- self-inking stamps and wooden stamps with inkpads.

Self-inking stamps

Self-inking stamps are our bestseller, because they're fast, easy to use, and provide the cleanest stamp impression. We recommend self-inking stamps if you are stamping dozens of envelopes or books at a time, like for sending out wedding invitations, Save the dates, or Christmas cards.

Stamping your envelopes with a self-inking stamp takes one quick motion. It replaces stamping and blotting a separate inkpad each time. Currently we offer just the color black for our self-inking stamps.

Each stamp contains enough internal ink for 1,000 or more stamp impressions. We sell refill ink to replenish your self-inking stamp so that it can last for years to come.

We use a climate-neutral, professional stamp casing and rubber to make our self-inking stamps. 

Wooden stamps with inkpads

Wooden stamps with inkpads are our second best-seller. The wooden stamp is made of real wood, and the inkpad is a professional quality black inkpad that provides a sharp impression.

Using a wooden stamp takes some practice, and the results can be more "handcrafted" looking than that of a self-inking stamp. We usually see people buying this type of stamp when they don't plan to mail large batches. Instead, they use it for book stamps or an occasional letter or bill.

All of our return address stamps are designed, made, and shipped by me from my workshop here in Danvers, Massachusetts. I use only the highest-quality, recyclable, or climate-neutral materials for my products.

Stamp dimensions

The wooden stamp is 2.5" wide x 2.75" tall, with a print size of up to 2.5" wide, 1" high. NOTE: The print size of your stamp will be *up to* 2.5" wide and up to 1" high. For example, if you have a shorter name and shorter address, the print of your stamp will be a smaller width. If you have a longer name and longer address, the print of your stamp will be a wider width up to 2.5" wide.
