Refund policy

If you receive your order and a mistake has been made with the text, or if there is an issue with the quality of the printing, we will accept returns and exchanges and will work with you to make sure you are 100% happy with our products. Please note, we do not accept returns or exchanges if you simply do not like the way your customized text looks or prints. We do not accept returns or exchanges on digital items like our envelope Canva templates, as this is a digital lifetime-use product.
